The collaborating teacher partnership can be a gift to both students and teachers. Creating and nourishing an intentional collaboration is essential and sometimes challenging. In this session, we will take time to forge and define the relationship, strategize classroom duties, and make intentional instructional moves. Teaching partners should attend together and be prepared to discuss current and ideal states. In addition, work time will be provided for collaborators to plan with the intention of applying best collaborative practices to existing or developing lesson plans.
