Workshop participants will learn how strategies for scaffolding HMH grade-level text can be applied before, during, and after shared whole group and flexible small group reading instruction. Presenters will bring cognitive science of learning, science of reading, and SIOP perspectives to the collaborative work. Participants will use a resource-rich template to plan scaffolds for upcoming and future HMH lessons.
